Counseling Intern

I am currently pursuing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a certificate in Play Therapy. My passion lies in working with children, and I bring over a decade of experience working with children in different areas since the age of 16. I’m excited to use this experience in a new light, as I support young clients through a client-centered approach helping them feel seen, heard, and empowered.

 

Rooted in Client-Centered Therapy, I believe in creating a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where clients can express themselves freely and explore their emotions. During my practicum, I had the opportunity to work with adult individuals and found it to be a rewarding experience. I look forward to continuing this work while expanding my skills across various populations.

 

I look forward to growing as a clinician under the guidance of experienced professionals and making a meaningful impact on the lives of those I serve.
